Our Impact in Cairo
It is IBF’s second clinic, launched in late 2020, and it was created to work mainly on a project basis with specific groups who need extra support to grow, develop, and better integrate into society.
Through this clinic, IBF runs specialised programmes with partners and care institutions – especially for children and young people such as orphans and other vulnerable groups who face emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
Instead of regular daily walk-ins, the Cairo Clinic acts as a hub for designed programmes: structured cycles of sessions, activities, and follow-up that focus on development, wellbeing, and life skills.

About Cairo
Cairo is Egypt’s capital and largest city, home to millions of people, NGOs, care homes, and community organisations.
It is the natural place for a central hub that brings together partners, experts, and vulnerable groups who benefit from structured programmes focused on wellbeing, development, and long-term support.
Why Cairo Matters
In Cairo, the challenge is not the number of facilities, but who can truly access them. Vulnerable groups and children in care often fall through the cracks of a crowded city. By dedicating a clinic that works mainly on project and programme basis, IBF creates a focused space inside the capital for development-oriented support – a place designed around those who are easiest to overlook in a city of millions.
Thank you for being part of this journey
