Cairo (15th, February 2024) – Ibrahim A. Badran Charitable Foundation has entered into a new partnership with Apache Corporation to equip medical convoys and deliver high-quality services to residents of the northwest coastal areas through the “Your Health, Your Life” Project. The project will span three years, during which the foundation will periodically deploy medical caravans for examination, treatment, and awareness services. This will be followed by the establishment of a permanent clinic to sustain medical services in the targeted region.
The collaboration is driven by Apache Corporation’s vision and steadfast commitment to social responsibility, aiming to support the local community and enhance healthcare services. This aligns with the foundation’s vision, which is dedicated to providing such services to underprivileged communities in the furthest reaches across Egypt.

The ‘Your Health, Your Life’ project will continue its operations in the targeted region over a period of 3 years. During this time, the foundation will conduct regular medical convoys to provide examination and treatment services. Following this, the establishment of a permanent satellite clinic will follow, ensuring the sustainability of medical services. In addition to medical services, public health awareness sessions play a crucial role in supporting and developing communities. The healthcare services offered through the medical convoys cover various specialties, including pediatrics, dermatology, orthopedics, internal medicine, ENT, urology, obstetrics and gynecology. Medications are also provided after examination through the affiliated pharmacy. The project aims to provide medical services to a total of over 28,000 beneficiaries, along with delivering public health awareness sessions and promoting proper nutrition to more than 18,000 beneficiaries. Furthermore, the project will support surgeries for referrals conducted through convoys, the mobile and fixed clinics over the course of three years.
Since its establishment in 2014, the Ibrahim A. Badran Charitable Foundation (IBF) has operated as a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing quality medical care to the most underprivileged communities in Egypt, bringing healthcare to the furthest reaches around the country. The foundation has continuously worked towards achieving this objective. The ‘Your Health, Your Life’ project will enable the foundation to fulfill its mission by establishing and sustaining medical services through fixed clinics, extending from the northernmost to the southernmost regions.
